Team Building in the Workplace

I can come to your work place and give your team a boost.  If your staff are struggling to bond, getting stressed, having problems working together and generally suffering from poor team dynamics then this is not good news for your business.  A full day team building trip out of the office can be great fun, but it can be expensive and time-consuming at a time when everyone is struggling to get work completed.  A short burst of creative fun for a group of staff can be a great boost to them as individuals and as a working team and thus your business.

I can come to your workplace and run a fused glass work-shop that will introduce your staff to something new, put everyone in an equal positition and have them working together by building on eachother's creativity.  The finished pieces will have been worked on by everyone in the team, making a collection of fully collaborative pieces.  These are taken away to be fired in the kiln, and returned as pieces which can be put on display on your walls at work as a reminder of how your staff can work together.

Sociable Workshops for Adults

If you are a group looking for fun, creative activities for your members at your meeting venue, then I can help.  I run workshops making a range of fused glass items.  Individuals will work with a range of glass forms and create fused glass jewellery, Christmas decorations, coasters or you may have your own ideas.  I will bring all the required tools, materials and safety equipment and then take away the work at the end of the session to be fired in my kiln.  Typically the work is fired and finished (eg any fixings or jewellery compenents added) within 2 weeks of the session.
